Full Dull Polyester Flame Retardant Yarn

        Full extinction polyester flame retardant yarn is a type of polyester yarn that combines full extinction visual effect and flame retardant safety performance. It is made by adding extinction and flame retardant agents during the polyester spinning process, and is suitable for scenarios with dual requirements for appearance texture and safety protection. Due to the addition of a high proportion of titanium dioxide (TiO ₂) matting agent, the yarn completely eliminates the inherent luster of polyester, presenting a matte and delicate appearance. After being made into fabric, the texture is soft and high-end, avoiding glare and glare. By introducing flame retardant components through copolymerization modification or post finishing processes, it can suppress combustion, reduce open flames and smoke when exposed to fire, and quickly self extinguish after leaving the fire source. Some products have flame retardant levels up to GB 8965.1-2023 B1 level or American NFPA 701 standards.
