High strength nylon (PA6) filament is a polyamide 6 fiber polymerized from caprolactam as raw material. Through high magnification stretching (stretching ratio ≥ 4.5) and crystal orientation treatment, its molecular chains are highly arranged along the fiber axis, with a crystallinity of 50%~60%, forming a high-strength, low elongation microstructure. High strength nylon (PA6) filament has a breaking strength of 6.5-8.5 cN/dtex (ordinary nylon is about 4.0-5.0 cN/dtex), outstanding tensile and tear resistance, a breaking elongation of 15%~25% (ordinary nylon is 25%~35%), good dimensional stability, not easy to deform, elastic modulus of 180-250 cN/dtex, excellent bending fatigue resistance, suitable for high load scenarios, with a thermal shrinkage rate of ≤ 5% at 180 ℃, and strong dimensional retention ability at high temperatures.
