High Tenacity Low Shrinkage Anti UV Polyester Filament Yarn is a type of polyester filament modified through special processes, which combines high strength, low thermal shrinkage, and UV resistance. It is mainly used in outdoor and industrial fields with strict requirements for material properties. The breaking strength is significantly higher than that of ordinary polyester filament, usually reaching 5.5 cN/dtex or more. Its molecular chain arrangement is more regular, with strong tensile and tear resistance, and can withstand large loads, making it suitable for making load-bearing products. In high temperature environments (such as 150 ℃ heat setting), the thermal shrinkage rate is usually less than 3%. Excellent dimensional stability, the product is not easily deformed during processing and use, and can maintain stable shape for a long time. By adding anti UV agents or special spinning processes, it can effectively resist ultraviolet (UV) radiation.
