       Total Brgiht Polyester Dope Dyed Filament Yarn is a yarn made by blending polyester filament as the main raw material with other fiber filaments (such as nylon, spandex, viscose, modal, Tencel, etc.). Its characteristics take into account the inherent advantages of polyester and the characteristics of blended fibers, while avoiding the shortcomings of single fibers. It can be specifically divided into the following categories:
       Core performance advantage: Based on polyester characteristics, supplemented by blended fibers
       High strength and good wear resistance: Inheriting the advantages of high strength and wear resistance of polyester filament, the fabric is not prone to pilling or snagging, has a long service life, and is suitable for producing high-frequency use scenarios such as workwear, sportswear, and luggage fabrics.
       Strong dimensional stability: The low shrinkage characteristic of polyester is preserved, and the blended fabric is not easily deformed or shrunk after washing, with high flatness and convenient daily maintenance, without frequent ironing.
       Customizable functions: By combining different blended fibers, functional expansion can be achieved - such as blending with spandex to enhance elasticity, suitable for tight fitting clothes and yoga clothes; Blended with viscose/Tencel can improve moisture absorption and breathability, enhancing wearing comfort; Blended with nylon can enhance glossiness and tear resistance, used for high-end clothing fabrics.
Improve the inherent shortcomings of polyester and enhance the user experience
       Relieve stuffiness: Pure polyester filament yarn has poor breathability and weak moisture absorption and sweat wicking ability. When blended with cellulose fibers such as viscose and modal, the fabric's moisture absorption rate is increased, which can quickly remove sweat from the skin surface, reduce stuffiness and stickiness, and is more suitable for making summer clothing.
       Reduce static electricity generation: Pure polyester is prone to static electricity, and when blended with conductive fibers or cellulose fibers, it can reduce the accumulation of static electricity, reduce the phenomenon of fabric adsorbing dust and sticking to the skin.
Optimize hand feel and luster: Pure polyester long yarn has a harder hand feel and a brighter (or darker) luster, while blending with nylon can increase the soft luster of the fabric; Blended with viscose can make the feel softer and smoother, enhancing the skin friendliness of the fabric.
Processing and application advantages
       Easy to dye and high color fastness: Polyester itself has stable dyeing performance. After blending, as long as the appropriate dye is selected, the color fastness of the fabric (wash resistance, friction resistance) is better than that of pure cellulose fiber fabric. The color is bright and not easy to fade.
       Controllable production cost: Compared with high priced fiber long yarn such as pure nylon and Tencel, polyester blended long yarn is mainly made of polyester, which can reduce raw material costs while ensuring performance, and has a higher cost-effectiveness.
       Wide weaving adaptability: It can adapt to various weaving equipment such as jet looms and rapier looms, and can weave fabrics with various organizational structures such as plain weave, twill weave, satin weave, etc. Its application scenarios cover clothing, home textiles, industrial fabrics and other fields.

       The blending ratio affects performance: if the proportion of polyester is too high, there will still be issues with poor breathability and a hard hand feel; If the proportion of blended fibers is too high, it will reduce the strength and wear resistance of the fabric.
Poor high-temperature stability: Polyester has a low glass transition temperature, and the fabric is prone to melting and deformation when ironed at high temperatures (over 150 ℃), so the ironing temperature needs to be controlled.
