       High Tenacity Anti UV Nylon 6 Filament Yarn is made from high-quality nylon 6 (PA6) slices as the substrate and spun through a special modification process (adding high-efficiency UV stabilizers and enhancers). It has core advantages such as high strength, UV aging resistance, wear resistance, and durability, and is suitable for outdoor, industrial, high-end textile and other scenarios. It is the preferred material to replace ordinary nylon filaments and enhance product added value. It is widely used in outdoor equipment, industrial weaving, high-end clothing and other fields.

1. Ultra high strength and excellent toughness, outstanding load-bearing and wear-resistant ability
       Using high-quality PA6 slices as raw materials, optimized through precision spinning technology, the yarn has high crystallinity, uniform molecular arrangement, and core mechanical properties far exceeding ordinary nylon 6 filaments: the breaking strength can reach 5.5-7.0 cN/dtex, the breaking elongation is 25% -35%, and it has extremely strong tensile and impact resistance, and is not easily broken or deformed under long-term stress. At the same time, the surface of the yarn is smooth and dense, with excellent wear resistance. The Martindale wear resistance can reach more than 50000 times, which is 30% -50% higher than the wear resistance of ordinary PA6 filament. It is not easy to fuzz or pill during use, and is resistant to friction loss. It is suitable for long-term high load and high-frequency use scenarios (such as lifting belts, seat belts, outdoor equipment, etc.). In addition, the yarn has excellent toughness, resistance to repeated bending, is not easily brittle, and can withstand mechanical stress under complex working conditions, greatly extending its service life.
2. Excellent UV resistance and outstanding outdoor weather resistance
       By adding efficient UV stabilizers (such as benzotriazoles and hindered amines) during the spinning stage and undergoing special modification treatment, the yarn has excellent UV aging resistance and can effectively resist the erosion of UVA and UVB rays in sunlight, solving the pain points of yellowing, brittleness, and strength degradation of ordinary nylon 6 filament for outdoor use. After professional testing, the yarn showed a fracture strength retention rate of ≥ 85%, yellowing grade ≤ 3, and no obvious brittleness or cracking after 1000 hours of simulated outdoor strong ultraviolet irradiation (xenon lamp aging test); Long term outdoor exposure (2-3 years) can still maintain good mechanical properties and appearance, not easily fade or deform, greatly improving the outdoor service life of downstream products, without frequent replacement, and reducing usage costs. At the same time, the anti UV performance is stable and will not deteriorate due to increased washing or sun exposure, making it suitable for various outdoor harsh environments (high temperature, exposure to sunlight, alternating wind and rain, etc.).
3. Good dimensional stability, low shrinkage rate, and good molding effect
       Using precision temperature controlled spinning and stretching processes, the yarn has high uniformity of dryness (CV value ≤ 2.5%), no coarse details, cotton knots or other defects, a tight structure, low shrinkage rate (warp shrinkage rate ≤ 1.5%, weft shrinkage rate ≤ 1.0%), and can maintain stable size and shape even after being washed and sun resistant. It is not easy to shrink, deform or wrinkle. During the downstream weaving process, the yarn tension is stable and not easily stretched or deformed. The woven fabric has high flatness and a crisp feel. After subsequent processing (dyeing, shaping, coating), the dimensional stability remains excellent, without the need for additional correction, improving production efficiency and reducing the rate of defective products. Especially suitable for products that require high dimensional accuracy, such as outdoor tent fabrics, car covers, precision industrial webbing, etc.
