        Semi Dull Polyester Filament Yarn is made from polyester (polyethylene terephthalate) as raw material, through specific spinning and post-treatment processes (such as matting agent control and spinning speed optimization), with a luster between "light" and "full extinction". The core feature is to weaken the strong reflective feeling of polyester, presenting a soft and low-key visual effect, combining the basic properties of polyester with a more suitable appearance for daily textile scenes.

        By adding a low proportion of matting agent (such as titanium dioxide, usually 0.5% -1.0%, lower than the 2% -3% of fully matting yarn) during the spinning process, or using semi matting spinning technology, the yarn avoids the glaring reflection of glossy polyester and is not too dull like fully matting yarn, presenting a "soft matte" texture. It can be adapted to scenes such as clothing and home textiles that require gentle glossiness (such as daily commuting clothes, bedding fabrics), visually appearing more natural and high-end.
