Total Brgiht Polyester Flame Retardant Yarn is a type of halogen based flame retardant polyester yarn, which refers to functional modified yarn made by adding bromine based flame retardants during the polyester polymerization or spinning stage. The bromine based flame retardant components are either integrated into the fiber molecular structure or evenly dispersed inside the fiber to achieve flame retardant effect. It is commonly used in industrial protection, home textile decoration and other scenarios that require fire prevention. Its core characteristics are as follows:
Outstanding and stable flame retardant effect: When exposed to fire, bromine based flame retardants will decompose to produce free radical scavengers, interrupting the combustion chain reaction, while assisting in the formation of a carbonized layer on the fiber surface, isolating oxygen and heat transfer, achieving self extinguishing upon ignition, and reducing rapid flame spread. And the co polymerized all bromine polyester flame retardant yarn has a tight bond between the flame retardant components and fibers, and can still maintain good flame retardant performance after 35-50 washes, avoiding the problem of frequent use or ineffective flame retardant effect after cleaning.
